Hello and Welcome! I have has worked as a social worker for four years and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2019 from the State of Florida. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of settings throughout my career from victim advocacy, medical social work, individual psychotherapy, and school social work. My therapeutic modalities often are of Person Centered, Task Oriented, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Cognitive and Motivational Interviewing depending what is best. I believe in empowering clients to achieve their goals and often work with you to establish those goals. I am passionate about individual therapy and helping people. I am warm, welcoming, and provide a safe place for those to feel comfortable going through their challenges. I pride myself in my ability to work with a wide range of age groups and different populations. I have provided therapy to those with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, divorce/separation, and ADHD. I also have done significant work with those who have new medical diagnosis or health related issues. I am glad you are here and have taken this first step into getting help. It is not easy to start but I will work with you to create a safe place where you can feel comfortable while going through your concerns and issues. You can message me anytime through BetterHelp. I usually check messages each day, Monday-Friday. I am not available on weekends. I offer messaging and live chat services.
