About Brittany Bishop's service

Hello, my name is Brittany. I am comfortable with she/her and they/them pronouns. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, a board-certified art therapist, and a registered yoga teacher. I utilize a client-centered approach, using traditional talk therapy, as well as art therapy and the expressiveness of yoga. I have worked with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, end of life, setting boundaries and assertiveness, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. I have worked with a wide range of ages from 3 years old to 100. I know that sometimes just a change in life can become a challenge and seeking counseling can be a great way to work through these issues. I also know seeking counseling can be frightening and my approach is very gentle and validating. My goal is to provide a safe space and the support you deserve to reach your goals and highest potential. I look forward to working with you.
