Brooke Messier

I received my graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Since then I have worked in private practice, the hospital setting as well as for a community agency addressing suicidality within people of all ages in my community. I try to offer a kind a positive environment for all clients and strive to provide solution-focused approaches to mental health challenges. I love researching new challenges and tailoring my approach to each specific person. I enjoy getting to know people and watch them grow. My goal is always to give someone the tools to manage their own challenges and move on from feeling like they “need” therapy. I understand how important the client-therapist relationship is and, above all, I try to provide the space for people to feel safe sharing their personal stories with me.
