Rev. Bruce Carpenter

Rev. Bruce Carpenter is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who has a strong passion for helping individuals navigate challenging circumstances and cultivate healthier emotional lives. Coming from a loving and hard-working Christian family, Rev. Carpenter brings a wealth of life experiences to his practice, including marriage, family, sports, carpentry, music, research, and emergency medical services. With a Master of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University and an ordained Minister, he has served various congregations over the years. Additionally, Rev. Carpenter holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas, Dallas, and has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in a Child Advocacy Center, offering support to children, teens, and non-offending adult caregivers. His extensive training includes certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. He has also completed Gottmans’ Levels I and II and has volunteered in the PTSD unit of a Veterans Affairs facility. With past certifications in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and 12 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, Rev. Carpenter brings a well-rounded approach to his practice.
