Calah DeLaurentis

Hello, and welcome! I am Calah, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has practiced serving whole families individually and as a group for the last three years in Minnesota, and served my community before licensure in many nonprofit roles. I believe in connecting the mind, body, and soul so you can live an integrated and present life. I have worked with clients in foster care, youth coming out of corrections, individuals managing addictions, people going through life transitions, Young adults ambivalent about their future, and clients with severe mental health disorders. I believe in Narrative therapy and reclaiming your life experiences and crafting your own future and there is a lot to gain from having someone supporting you on the way! I practice a Somatic inspired therapy modality and have experience in play therapy, art therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and integrating CBT skills for mindfulness.
