Cameron Hoellrich

Life can be complicated and challenging, especially given the current state of the world. My goal and mission is to help people to improve their lives by working through these challenges, and learning different techniques to build coping and resilience to improve their life experience. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with chronic/acute stress, depression, and anxiety. I have worked with diverse groups in my career including adolescents, college students, and adults, and have worked in a variety of settings. I believe that with the support of therapy, there is a real chance to feel better and reach your goals. My focus is on meeting people where they are, and helping them to improve their quality of life. I gather inspiration from a variety of backgrounds and techniques, but have found that individuals have a great deal of success when we work on the relationship between their thoughts and emotions.
