Carol Mendoza

Carol Mendoza is a licensed therapist in Texas with over 13 years of professional experience. She discovered her passion for therapy while serving on active duty, working as a counselor for the last 10 years of her military career. Throughout her career, Carol has gained extensive experience working in various settings, including three different psychiatric hospitals, a private practice where she administered psychiatric testing for individuals seeking social security benefits, and outpatient mental health clinics serving both children and adults. She has also worked closely with veterans who have bravely served our country overseas. Carol specializes in providing therapy services for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, motivation, self-esteem, and trauma. She strongly believes in treating her clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and she is dedicated to tailoring each therapy session to meet the unique goals of her clients. Carol understands that seeking therapy requires courage, and she is committed to supporting and empowering her clients throughout their journey of personal growth and transformation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two dogs, and their large extended family. Carol also has a love for outdoor activities such as reading, biking, camping, fishing, and exploring nature.
