Carolyn Durham

Carolyn Durham is a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of experience in the field. She completed her bachelor of science degree and social work certification at Texas A&M University before pursuing her graduate studies at The University of Houston, Clear Lake. There, she earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling and obtained her professional counseling license. Throughout her career, Carolyn has worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with change, anxiety, and depression. With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, she has also provided counseling to individuals facing acute and chronic medical illnesses such as cancer, stroke, and transplant. Additionally, Carolyn has a background in education, having taught in both public schools and at the college level. She recognizes the unique challenges that students and parents face within these environments. Carolyn’s counseling approach focuses on creating a safe and empathic space for clients to explore their concerns. She is eager to work with individuals who are struggling with any of these issues.
