About Cary Millbury's service

I see a variety of clients with a range of needs including perinatal mood and anxiety (PMAD), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family issues, life changes and more. I pull from object relations, the attachment spectrum, social learning, and behaviorism. I acknowledge that we are social beings and that we are wired for connection. I come from a trauma informed lens and believe in using the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I am trained in CBT-E for treating eating disorders and utilize a variety of evidence based practice such as CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, SFBT, and neurobiology. Relationships are important and when they are fostered the goal can be focused on attaining confidence in multiple settings- academic, social/personal, and career. I want to help others build a life worth living. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
