Dr. Casey Lankow

I am a licensed psychologist in Minnesota with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and executive coach. I have worked with many people over the years with a variety of concerns including, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, LGBTQ issues, career issues, and people simply wanting to gain more insight into who they are in order to further grow and develop. My style is warm and inclusive. My goal is to listen and be curious, to help you gain insight and deepen in your understanding of yourself in order to live with intentionality. My theoretical approach to understanding clients is psychodynamic, and I use a variety of interventions and strategies to meet the specific needs of the person I’m trying to help. Ultimately, I think providing a safe, trusting relationship – free of judgement and full of acceptance – is often the most helpful thing I can do.
