Hi! I am a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia and have been in practice for over 5 years. I have worked with many clients during different life seasons. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, parenting/family issues, life changes and trauma. As a therapist, I want to empower you to become the best version of yourself and thrive in life. My passion is in helping others create harmony in their lives so that they can live a fulfilled life. I use a holistic approach and combine my experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and attachment based therapy to thoughtfully create your treatment plan with you.
