About Catherine Igo's service

Hi, my name is Catherine Igo, but everyone calls me Cate. (Pronouns – She/Her). I have had the pleasure of working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a variety of settings for over 25 years. I specialize in short-term Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, designed to help individuals and families efficiently resolve psychosocial challenges. I have extensive experience helping those with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and stress-related issues. My work settings have included private practice, outpatient mental health clinics, college campuses, hospitals, and employee assistance programs for diverse employers like Walt Disney World. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Florida State University. If you’re struggling with an emotional, social, occupational, or family-related matter, please contact me. I look forward to working with you.
