About Chad Exceen's service

I am a licensed mental health counselor and life coach that has been working in one-on-one therapy for over 10 years. I have multiple specialties in working through and treating depressive and anxiety disorders, as well as more chronic issues involved other behavioral health disorders. I believe in uncovering life changes/challenges, as well as identifying your inherent and learned strengths to build both mental and emotional freedom. My approach to therapy consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution -Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach to therapy comes from a place of genuineness and understanding, with a non-judgmental attitude. I have seen many clients in my counseling work who have struggled too often, and finally found peace and freedom from their internal struggles. I look forward to working with you in the near future!
