About Charles "Matt" Cox's service

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. I have worked with clients on a wide range of presenting concerns. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with co-occurring disorders and have experience in working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, and Substance Use Disorders. I utilize a client centered approach to aid clients in working toward their goals. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches. Each client is unique and each may benefit from a different approach. I will work with you to ensure that the approach is one that works for you and will tailor our interactions to your individual needs. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve the goals that are important to you.
