Charmaine Wolfe

Hi! My name is Charmaine Wolfe. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have completed trainings in Motivational Interviewing; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Trauma Focused CBT; Person Centered Therapy; and Solution Focused Therapy, which affords me the opportunity to provide services utilizing a holistic approach. I chose this profession because I am enthusiastic about helping others to explore their inner self and become their better “me”. I have been working within addressing challenges which includes depression, anxiety, parenting problems, self-esteem, ADHD, and substance abuse. I have also worked with clients who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. I easily establish rapport with patients using a warm and interactive approach. I respect the client’s position by “meeting the clients where they are”; that means accepting the clients for who they are and where they are in their life. I strongly believe in respecting the opinions of my clients, I strive to model sensitivity, and compassion, and I work hard at being non-judgmental. I utilize a combination of approaches that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing technique, person centered therapy and solution focus therapy. I will tailor the treatment approach best suitable to help you achieve your treatment outcomes. I am looking forward to working with you.
