I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which allows clients to restructure their thinking and change their lives. My belief is that if people can change the way that they think and view things, then they can change their lives! My goal as your counselor is to empower you as well as increase your self-awareness. I offer a warm, genuine, and gentle approach which allows my clients to feel understood and respected.
