I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida and I am passionate about helping others achieve their maximum potential. I have provided services in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings working with children, adolescents, and adults. The therapeutic approaches that I use include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, behavior modification, mindfulness and relaxation. I believe in working in conjunction with clients, in order to help them achieve better mental, physical and emotional health.
