Hello there! I’m Shaundra and I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with over 7 years of experience working as a therapist and social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, familial problems, trauma, and career challenges. In therapy I like to create a warm and inviting space that allows genuine self- reflection. I believe in meeting clients where they are and treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I would describe my therapeutic approach as humanistic, client centered, and solution focused that allows space for empathy and self- empowerment. We will work collaboratively in engaging with one another and creating your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I’m here to help you sort through, process, and navigate through the things that you’ve indicated are difficult for you right now. My goal is to offer a safe space with no judgment while providing guidance, coping skills, and emotional support to assist you with your life.
