Hi! Welcome and thank you for considering me as someone that can help you along in your journey to becoming a better version of you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of PA and a graduate of Holy Family University, with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have had the opportunity to work with children and young adults since my graduation in 2013. I enjoy and loved engaging with young children on the spectrum, working up towards adolescence who have a desire to seek support for a variety of issues. I am now branching out and exploring working with adults. Helping a person find connection, safety, and care is something that is integral to working with my clients. My goal is to work with others in finding what works for them and their situation. My goal is to be accepting, relaxed, and open as I help you work towards a better sense of self. In addition to my schooling, I work as a School Counselor in Pennsylvania which provides me experience in working through parental struggle, adolescent/child struggle, and what the next steps are and how to move on in our journey of life. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy as well as, utilize Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Each person has different barriers, different needs so treatment will vary based on an individuals needs, as well as your investment in change. I am a laid back person and try very hard to have flexibility in my approach and availability to help my clients as needed.
