Cicely Betts

Cicely Betts is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. She graduated from the prestigious HBCU Dillard University in New Orleans, LA in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. In 2012, she earned her Master of Social Work degree from the remarkable University of Houston: Graduate College of Social Work (GCSW). With training and experience in various treatment modalities, Cicely tailors her work to meet the unique needs of her clients, which include individuals, families, couples, and groups. She is passionate about helping her clients identify and achieve their goals, and firmly believes that clients are the experts in their own lives. Cicely’s communication style is assertive, characterized by honesty, candor, and a touch of wit. She also specializes in helping clients strengthen their interpersonal relationships. Cicely finds great joy in working in a field that empowers individuals to realize their full potential and live the life they deserve. Outside of her work, she values a healthy work/life balance and indulges in her creative side. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, as well as embracing solitude.
