I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Northern California with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s Degree from California State University, Chico and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My approach to therapy is empathetic, dynamic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a safe and inviting space where clients feel supported as they reflect, process, and grow. I believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey. My goal is to help individuals reach their potential, find fulfillment, and cultivate peace in their lives through a trauma-informed lens. I have experience working with diverse populations and specialize in treating children, families, couples, and individuals facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, divorce, and career changes. My training includes: • Play therapy for young children • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) I am passionate about providing personalized, effective therapy that fosters resilience and well-being. I look forward to working with you.
