Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with over 12 years of experience working as a counselor with children, adults, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting stressors, OCD, relationship difficulties, and ADHD. I also helped many individuals who have experienced physical, verbal or emotional abuse as a child or adult. I would describe my style as warm and supportive, and I am ready to work with you to help you move forward. Collaboration is important – together we can work on establishing concrete goals and steps for you to help overcome your current challenges. I believe in treating everyone with upmost respect, empathy, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral theory, strengths perspective, systems theory, and problem-solving approaches. I will adapt each session and interaction to meet your unique and specific needs at that time pulling on various approaches. Seeking therapy is not an easy decision to make, and I want to commend you for wanting to create a better life for yourself. I would love to support you and be part of your journey towards the goal of a more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you!
