Coretta Eskridge

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have worked with individuals who have struggled with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger management and obsessive/compulsive behavior, just to name a few. I have provided mental health treatment to a vast population ranging from kids to elderly patients. My counseling style is dependent upon the needs of the individual but does include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness therapy, solution focused therapy and client centered therapy. My goal is to provide the highest level of quality care/treatment to promote client growth and well-being. I am a good listener, non-judgmental, compassionate and dedicated.
