Hello!! I’m an enthusiastic and thriving Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) in south Florida with experience of over the last 9 years. At heart, I’m a skilled encourager who humbly enjoys partnering with others on their journey in life. I have worked with clients who have found their selves in the mist of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, hopelessness, anger, neglect, abuse, and traumatic experiences. As you partner with me on your journey, one of my messages to you is this: YOU AREN’T ALONE. Yes, there is hope in and at the end of the tunnel we sometimes face during this thing called life. My therapeutic orientation is strengths and systematic based. I’m gentle and bold while respecting your values and personality style, and lets not leave out my compassion and positivity. My approach is holistic and faith-based (Christian) including integrating the mind, body, and spirit connection. Yet, my overall goal and approach is to meet every client where they are and help them navigate on their journey to better, greater, and wholistic living. My therapeutic modalities are that of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Center Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Solution Focused. Always remember, YOU AREN’T ALONE. It takes alot of courage to reach out and grab the hand of help while enduring some of life’s most uncomfortable times.
