Crystal Pool

Crystal Pool is an LPC with a license issued by the state of Texas and holds an M.A. in counseling. With 3 years of counseling experience, Crystal has worked with clients facing various concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, grief and loss, parenting issues, social behavior, and crisis counseling. Crystal adopts a holistic/integrative approach to counseling, viewing it as a journey of self-exploration for the client to enhance self-understanding and self-awareness. As a guide and facilitator, Crystal does not act as an expert on the client’s life nor provides advice on their emotions, thoughts, and actions. Instead, she helps clients identify, develop, and utilize their own resources to effectively resolve problems and meet challenges. Crystal specializes in identifying and addressing unhealthy or dysfunctional patterns that may be operating outside of the client’s awareness. She creates a client-centered counseling environment, forming an alliance that supports client change and personal growth. Recognizing the uniqueness of each client and the compelling nature of their stories, Crystal understands that a one-size-fits-all approach is ineffective. Whether clients seek change for a healthier, happier life or simply need a non-judgmental ear to listen, Crystal is dedicated to providing support and empowerment
