Cynthia Pinion

I am a licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in family systems therapy. I am also a National Certified Counselor and Certified Master Life Coach. In addition to being a Therapist, I am a former Certified Family Mediator for the State of Florida and Adjunct Professor. For the past 12 years I have worked with diverse clients from all walks of life. No judgements, no labels! I also work with individuals who wish to focus on their own personal growth. I have over 30 years of extensive background experience in the Performing Arts and over 20 years in the Aviation industry. My experience in these two fields assist those clients particularly struggling with body issues, self esteem, relationships, “parenting from a distance” and infidelity. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, end of life issues and beyond. Each client is unique; so with genuine warmth, compassion and understanding I offer a customized approach which can combine: Solution-Focused, Person Centered, Intergenerational, Attachment Theory, Gottman’s Method , Trauma Informed Care, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Holistic interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I collaborate with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the goals they wish to accomplish in therapy.
