You will be provided with a caring environment to identify and explore issues that prevent you from being your best self. The primary goal is to assist individuals with experiencing total wellness with an emphasis on Self-care! My brand pillars of total wellness focus on spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, financial, and career wellness! My theoretical orientation focuses on clients attaining Self-Actualization through Motivational Interviewing and practicing Mindfulness. My clients will be provided with the tools and skills to help them achieve wholeness in all aspects of their life.
