I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Michigan with 7 years of experience working with diverse populations. I have worked with clients struggling with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, career struggles, difficulties with their sense of self, existential concerns, and adjustments to life events or transitions. My style and approach to therapy is collaborative, attentive and empathetic. I focus on the clientโs strengths and highlight those strengths to address clientโs concerns and or struggles. I approach therapy from a client centered perspective. In other words, I am not the expert on you, however I will do my best in helping you facilitate, participate and challenge yourself on your journey to growth, healing, and change. Concrete, reachable goals, time and space that is for you and unconditional positive regard, I believe are pillars of therapy that create a therapeutic environment with you (the client) in mind. Therapy is not easy. Therapy can be euphoric one session and heavy the next, but ultimately restorative and fulfilling. If you are committed to your personal well-being and want someone to support and guide with you, I am here and ready when you are. I look forward to working with you.
