Danelle Hollenbeck

I am licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma (childhood to adult which includes PTSD), mood disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ocd, and personality disorders. I tend to treat trauma the most as I am passionate about helping clients in this area. I use TFCBT and EMDR for this. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines EMDR, CBT, TFCBT, interpersonal therapy, person-centered, solution focsed, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Each treatment approach is tailored to meet your needs through our first assessment and on-going evaluations. It takes a lot of determination and courage to want to seek a more fulfilling and happier you. I am glad to hear you want to take those steps and start the changing process.
