Daniel Broughton

Daniel Broughton, MSPC, LPC, QIDP, QMHP, Level-1 Trauma Professional Fenton, Grand Blanc Daniel has a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling and is fully licensed, with full privileges in the State of Michigan. He works with a variety of populations including teens, tweens, men, women and couples. Dan has worked at both the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services in CPS & Adoptions and Genesee County Mental Health in Child & Family Services. He has extensive experience with children, parents and families and the many issues that can occur with them. Dan has extensive experience in working with clients with various issues including Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Abuse, Teen Issues, Low Self-Esteem, and more. Dan believes that counseling should be goal oriented and solution focused towards improving the lives of people and families. He uses a variety of theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy based on his client’s needs.
