I received my masters degree in social work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I also went on to partial completion of a PhD in general human services. I have been treating anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders and bipolar disorder quite extensively over the last 18 years. I also have a significant amount of experience treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder utilizing EMDR, PE, and CPT. I utilize various other approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused, and Interpersonal Process to treat depression, anxiety, and other problems.
