Daniel Hernandez is a highly experienced and certified therapist specializing in helping individuals overcome various challenges. With expertise in sexual trauma, grief and loss, spiritual emptiness, and health and wellness disempowerment, Daniel is dedicated to providing holistic education for the improvement of mental health. Drawing on the therapeutic frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Strengths Perspective, he incorporates proven mental health principles to empower clients in their journey of inner healing and personal growth. As a licensed clinical social worker-supervisor in Texas, as well as being licensed in Utah and Nevada, Daniel brings 24 years of master-level clinical experience to his practice.
