About Danielle Eaton's service

As a licensed mental health counselor I’ve been trained explicitly in mental health counseling. I received my master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. The rehabilitation portion directly applied to training in vocational matters, so regarding careers of persons with disabilities (whether those disabilities are visible or invisible). I worked for about five years in an involuntary commitment treatment center, specializing my experience in matters of suicidal thoughts, depression, homicidal thoughts, anxiety, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. We treated the person holistically and factored in all biopsychosocial factors. Couples and/or family counseling was provided if the family was able to participate. Additionally, I’ve maintained contract work with Vocational Rehabilitation assisting persons with returning to work, applying for disability, etc.
