I am licensed in Mississippi with 4 years of professional work experience as a mental health therapist, but 18 years of working with families and individuals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & career difficulties. I believe that how you feel impacts how you behave. I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. I believe in the power of collaboration and a client-centered approach, which means that our work together will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide support, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to assist you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
