I am licensed in Missouri with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence and a variety of mental health conditions. I work with both adults and adolescents and I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or loss of confidentiality.
