I am passionate about helping men from various walks of life, level up and grow, adjust to changes whether it is loss of relationship or job or entering into a new personal or professional situation. I also enjoy doing marital and premarital couples counseling, helping couples learn how to communicate more effectively and be kinder to each other. I also strive to help my clients in making meaning from adversity, feeling better about themselves and being better in relationships.
