I provide counseling, therapy, consulting and coaching services to individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. Compassion, warmth and objectivity are what I offer each individual that walks into my practice. Clients are accepted for who they are while receiving encouragement to become self-aware, grow and thrive within their communities. My goal is to create a safe space for revival of soul (Mind, Will, & Emotions); rebuilding weakened and destroyed personal, family and social foundations;(revealing) putting into proper perspective life’s challenges and their effectiveness for advancement, and experiencing restoration of the total being. System Counseling, as well as, Cognitive -Behavioral and Cognitive Restructuring approaches are blended with Motivational Interviewing techniques to form the basic theoretical foundation of my work with clients. I offer Individual, Couples and Marriage Counseling, Christian Counseling, Life and Executive Coaching and Consultation. I believe in your ability to find the answers to your life’s dilemmas. I see myself as a facilitator within the therapeutic relationship. I provide objective guidance and support, as well as, challenge unhealthy thought processes. I create a warm, accepting, and soothing environment in which to work.
