I love helping individuals find their “best selves”. I am certified in Maternal Mental Health and support mothers and fathers experiencing Post Partum Depression. I use various therapies, finding which one works best for my client. I have experience working with adolescents of all ages. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
