Taking the first step to reach out for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in treating members of the law enforcement community and other first responders. These professions have their own constellation of stressors that may result in anxiety, stress-related health issues, relationship difficulties and post traumatic stress (PTSD). Although I specialize in treating first responders, my practice is not limited to that population and all are welcome. I help individuals, couples and families improve the quality of their relationships, find equitable solutions to problematic situations and achieve greater harmony and understanding. You can feel safe knowing that our sessions are a confidential and judgment-free space where you can work through challenging issues, develop useful insights and learn new coping skills.
