Debra Burns is a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 3 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan from inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. She has a diverse background in helping clients with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, career challenges, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. Furthermore, Debra has extensive experience in assisting individuals who have experienced physical and sexual trauma as well as emotional abuse. Her therapy style is warm and interactive, and she strongly believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Debra takes a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive therapies.
