Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with addiction, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, & depression. I also have experience working with bipolar disorder. As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported and understood. I am committed to helping you explore the challenges you’re facing, gain insight into your thoughts and emotions, and work collaboratively to develop the tools and strategies that will help you lead a fulfilling and balanced life. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices that best meet your individual needs. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or other life challenges, we will work together to address the root causes of your struggles and promote lasting change. Therapy is a journey, and I am honored to be a part of your process. My role is not to provide answers but to ask the right questions, offer guidance, and help you unlock your own potential for growth. I believe in your ability to create positive change and am here to walk with you every step of the way. If you’re ready to begin, I look forward to working with you and supporting you in this important work.
