Dennis Doke

Dennis Doke is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT-S) and a licensed professional counselor (LPC-S) based in Texas. He obtained his Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has extensive experience in the field. With a specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy, Dennis has successfully treated depression and other mental disorders, both with and without medication. His expertise also extends to conducting child custody evaluations in Dallas, which sparked his passion for helping couples repair and improve their relationships. Dennis employs the Gottman Method Couples Therapy treatment model and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in this approach. Drawing from John Gottman’s extensive research and writings, he offers effective strategies and tools to create fulfilling relationships. Dennis understands that relationships require effort and patience, as they can be delicate and often end in divorce or separation. He is dedicated to supporting and encouraging individuals and couples, helping them find healing and develop coping skills to manage stress and depression.
