I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I believe that the client is the expert on his/her/their story and has many strengths that will assist in overcoming challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. Together we can work on adjustment to change, stress reduction, goal setting, and motivation; while navigating a path towards personal growth, self-care, and overall wellbeing. During my experience as a therapist, I have helped individuals with depression, stress and anxiety, substance use and dependence, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to live life on life’s terms, and find meaning in school/work, friendships, spirituality, family, and all other life aspects.
