I enjoy my 25-year career in social work. I often meet a person at their low point, help identify problems, and help create a plan for change. My specialties are cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I am licensed in Florida and have experience with relationship, communication, self-esteem, and boundary issues, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and more.
