Dianna Hinshaw

I’m an eclectic therapist, which means I work with a variety of therapeutic models and utilize them depending on what your needs are. I use and have been trained in a variety of modalities including strength-based confidence training, and cognitive behavioral, trauma informed care, and life coaching. My goal is to create an inviting and non-judgmental environment in which to explore and actively pursue your emotional, personal, and professional growth. Most of us need two things to make changes in our lives: encouragement and accountability. I offer teletherapy and life coaching virtually. We met at a mutually agreed upon time via phone or video. No fighting traffic and no losing valuable time traveling. As a professional coach, I provide a balance between support and challenge. We work together to identify patterns that are no longer useful and to develop strategies for change. Whether it’s building confidence so you can ask for the promotion, learning to set boundaries, or becoming an entrepreneur, we’ll do it together.
