My name is Ms. Dionne (Dee) Bowie, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I’m here to help you sort through the difficult things right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help. I have deep regard and respect for the therapeutic journey. I consider it a privilege to assist clients on their healing journey. I use a holistic approach to develop powerful tools, coping mechanisms, and new patterns to achieve goals and work through obstacles in a nonjudgmental space. Our focus will be to build a safe, warm, interactive, and trusting environment where I will challenge you to become your true authentic self. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. My career has focused on working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, teen issues, life transitions, and anger issues. My clients have included Military members, Veterans, and their families. If you’re ready to take this new journey of building hope, strength, and courage, let’s schedule a time to talk. I look forward to working with you!
