Donna Anthony

I welcome the opportunity to work with you to find solutions to the challenges you are experiencing. As a therapist, I will hold you in high regard, listen with deep attention, and collaborate with you to find solutions and direction for your journey. I will help you identify your strengths, build self-trust, and gain insight about the thoughts and feelings that get in the way of making beneficial changes. My style is caring and collaborative, meeting you where you are without judgment, and providing a safe environment in which to do this work. My role is to guide you in the process of self-discovery and to help you find your own path to a more vital, meaningful and engaged life. Our process will begin as I listen carefully to your concerns and issues, and then work with you to identify goals for therapy. Drawing from a range of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and psycho-educational, I also incorporate relaxation and meditation techniques into the therapy. As well, I offer expressive arts modalities, such as writing and drawing, to further the expression of thoughts and feelings. I am here to provide a safe and productive environment, where we can work together to help reach your therapeutic goals.
