As a LCSW and LIfe Coach/ EMDR therapist , my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a fulfilling life. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I am a caring compassionate person who has experienced many hurdles in my life which lead me to pursue my education. I turned my negative experiences into positive stepping stones to help others. My goal is to help you do the same. My goal is to turn your life upside right. I believe that anything is possible and that each of us has more inner strength than we know of. The key is unlocking this strength while unlocking the issues which trigger our behaviors and addictions. My goal is to get to the root of the problem and pull those roots out so that you have control over your life. I work together with you every step of the way. I develop treatment modalities which are tailor made to fit the individual. I tend to utilize cognitive therapy most, but I do utilize other therapies as needed such as client centered, psycho dynamic, strength perspective and solution focused.
