Why we would do that, it feels encapsulating to be struck in a BOX of epic proportions feeling there is no opening the door the best of you! The opening to knowledge can result in the gaining of creative strategies for coping skills, self-care, managing symptoms, workshops, groups, books, exercises, seminars, videos, podcasts, motivational interviewing, artwork, Mental Health is recognizing/acknowledging its existence in yourself, family, friends. and the coping mechanisms to assist with managing symptoms. We live in a world that lives in denial of its own truths. The truth helps you begin to walk on the journey of healing. I myself know this journey very well professionally as well as personally. I wouldn’t be acknowledging my humanness, courage, self-determination, recreation, vision, that we all take in gaining the journey to you; The bravery to be the best you that can be Lived! It is not about perfection is about working on your healing, insight, and feeling better; not the opinion of others to complete, design or to inform you of what your dreams are or who you are; only you can create that. I have lived many adventures, worked very well with others, I do not “sugarcoat” issues. I love facilitating groups because I can help many with information, exercises, challenging thoughts, viewing the responses of many. to what they just learned. The possibilities, The Hope. Even just looking at the world of others. My Love for individual therapy is assisting someone to seek a personal, difficult, and rewarding journey to mental health. I love teaching seminars, having important discussions needed for past and present experiences that result in personal growth. I have worked in many fields and each one contributed significantly to the unbreakable fierce spirit that is me!
