About Doris Robertson's service

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from University of California, Los Angeles. I have 8+ years of experience as a therapist working with children, adolescents and adults in community-based and clinic settings providing mental health services. I seek to provide a safe, warm space for all individuals to process their experiences, build on their strengths and develop new insights to better cope with life’s challenges. My areas of interest include working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction and family/relational stress. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to patient’s needs which may include psychodynamic therapy, strengths-based counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and faith-based counseling to empower patients in their journey toward healing and growth.
